- 3 shallots
- 1 red chili
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil

Instructions:
- Clean the fish and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
- Chop the garlic, shallots, and chili until fine.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Saute the garlic, shallots, and chili until fragrant.
- Add in the fish and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until cooked through.
- Add in the green beans and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
